Slaithwaite is home to a selection of homely pubs and eateries including Mediterrenean, Italian and Indian as well as delicious fresh fish and chips and a waterside wine bar serving local produce and an artisan bakery where you can enjoy freshly baked produce right on the water's edge.

 

In the hamlets of Bolster Moor and Scapegoat Hill you can find an award winning farm shop with cafeteria and pubs/restaurants serving a wide variety of food and all within a mile of the property. A little further afield, the villages of Golcar, Marsden and Milnsbridge have bistros and more pubs catering for every taste from those wishing to sample the delights of locally sourced lamb and beef to the more adventurous diner with a taste for Mongolian or Italian cuisine.

 

All this within 3 miles of our cottage, and more can be found a short drive away so why not indulge yourself with a meal in a traditional pennine pub or afternoon tea at the vineyard where a wine tour is also available
